I began my career in 2020 working in child and adolescent mental health services in New Zealand.

where i've come from.

I then transitioned into child and adolescent disability services in Australia.

Before gaining experience at an adult private psychiatric practice.

why i do what i do.

I love being an occupational therapist for its practical, hands-on, and person-centered approach.

Working with young people brings me endless joy and I feel incredibly lucky to walk alongside families during such important years.

My experience in these fields has enabled me to funnel my passion into brave brains.

thank you for being here.

I believe that people can - and do - recover and grow, even through the really tough stuff. Helping people work towards what matters most to them is one of the greatest privileges.

My background in mental health and disability have taught me so much - and now, I'm excited to be bring those two worlds together through brave brains.

i'm so glad you're here and i can't wait to hear from you.

acknowledgement of country.

I acknowledge Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as the first Australians and pay respect to their rich culture, history, and diversity. I specifically honour the Kabi Kabi and Jinibara people as the traditional custodians of the land on which I live and work. I thank them for their enduring connection to country and the pivotal role they have played in caring for the land, waters, skies, and community for tens of thousands of years. Their knowledge and care continue to enrich our shared community. I pay my respects to elders past, present, and emerging. I recognise their strength and wisdom. May their insights inspire us all as we strive for a more respectful and inclusive future.  I acknowledge the ongoing impact of colonisation and commit to listening, learning, and growing in understanding.
